I pay my state payroll tax with a credit card, QBO doesn't have my credit card as an option to pay tax with

Hi there, companionsnurses. I can show you how to record your state tax payment in QuickBooks Online(QBO).

The option to choose a credit card is unavailable in QBO. However, you can record your payment by selecting the bank where you'll pay your credit card.

Here's how:

1. Go to Payroll. Then, select Payroll tax.
2. Under the Payments, look for the taxes you've already paid.
3. Click Pay. On the record to field, select a bank account.
4. Enter the payment date.
5. Select Record payment.
