I recently made an employee active again after a break. I updated all his info and when I click to send him the invitation to quickbooks time, it says "invalid status".

Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve this problem. Using a private browser and incognito window will assist with eliminating any errors or glitches that are occurring in the system. Here's how depending on your browser session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I recommend using a different supported browser.
