I "resolved" a bunch of supposed tax overpayments (left over glitch from when we transferred systems) but really wanted to just ignore them. How can I undo?

Hi there, @sgf292.

I'm here to help you delete your tax overpayments in QuickBooks Online. To remove previous tax payments and adjustments, perform the steps below:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu.
  2. Tap the Payroll Tax tab.
  3. Select the View tax payments you have made on the link.
  4. Click on the tax payment link.
  5. Choose Delete from the drop-down.
  6. Hit Yes to complete the action.

If you don't have the option to delete any payments, I highly recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. They have the tools to verify your taxes and help you with your tax corrections. Here's how to contact us:

  1. Click the (?) Help menu at the top right section of your QBO Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Contact us button.

Please keep me updated on how the call goes as I want to make sure you're able to complete your work. I'm always here to assist you in any way I can.
