I took the online advanced cert exam. On the day I submitted, the system marked 9/10 sections passed. Two days later it shows 8/10 sections failed. Any ideas? Thanks

Here's how to contact them:
1. Go to this page:  https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
2. Choose QuickBooks Accountant. If you aren't asked, go to the upper-right corner of the page, and choose the product as QuickBooks Accountant.
3. Choose Need to contact Intuit Accountant Support?, then Click here to see contact options below!
4. Click on the Get Phone Number button.
