QuickBooks Online (QBO) should automatically process and deduct taxes every time you run payroll. Let's take a look and check the settings if the Automate taxes and forms option is enabled. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon, and then Payroll Settings.
- From the Taxes and forms section, select Edit.
- Ensure to tick the Automate taxes and forms box.
- Click Save.
