If you run two Direct Deposits for same pay period for one employee, is it normal for the first paycheck to show a status of "Scheduled" but the 2nd doesn't show anything

Thank you for reaching out to us,userrochelle-oliva.

I'll be glad to help you with your deposits concern.

I'd like to ask if the bank statement if there was already debited amount for the second Direct Deposit or it has been rejected.  Direct deposit will process as early as 2 banking days depending on your payroll service.

If the employee hasn't received it yet, it's already beyond the period and the Status hasn't been changed. I would suggest you contact our Support team.

You can request a call back from them.

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help.
  3. Select Talk to a human..
  4. Connect with Contact us.
  5. Choose either Get a call or Start messaging

I want to ensure your concern is addressed and prioritized in real-time. You can always check on our QuickBooks Online Support.

You can also check on this article: Set up and edit direct deposit for employees for more information about deposits.

We're always here in the Community to help if you have other questions related to Deposits in QuickBooks. Stay safe!
