Yes, there's a way how you can bring all your 21 employee's information into your QuickBooks file. Before doing so, you should make a backup just in case there's an error when importing.
You can import the data using an IIF file. Let me guide you with these steps:
Click the File menu.
Under Utilities, select Import.
Select IIF Files.
Click Import IIF.
Select the file and then continue with the on-screen instructions to map the data.
