In setting up a new employee (QBO payroll) I am getting a message that the city, state, zip don't match. The employee address is 100% correct, how can we get around it?

Unfortunately, Intuit|QB's setup does not allow our permission for the editing of this option.
We will be required to contact the support department for payroll.
