In the workforce app, some employees have no option to see their schedule even though on my all employees settings are the same.

In the workforce app, some employees have no option to see their schedule even though on my all employees settings are the same.

This process can enhance performance and offer a fresh start by removing outdated or corrupted files that hinder your workers from seeing their schedules. 

Here are the steps to follow:

 

  1. Click More and go to Settings.
  2. Select Reset App and click Reset App to confirm.

 

If the issue persists, advise your workers to uninstall and reinstall the Workforce app to ensure they have the latest update.


Before proceeding, verify that any timesheet data on the mobile device has synced with the web dashboard. 

 

Once done, they can follow these steps:

 

  1. Uninstall the app for iOS or Android.
  2. Reinstall the app by visiting the Google Play store or the App Store.
  3. Search for QuickBooks Workforce and install it.
  4. After installation, open the app and sign in.

 

For future reference, you can ask your employee to turn on their notifications for pay stubs so they can receive an email reminder each time a new pay stub is available.
