With regards to the credits related to your subscription, I'd suggest contacting our Payroll Support Team. They have full access to your account and can review the fee. They can also process a refund if necessary.
Thanks for the info. After getting transferred around a couple times and hung up on, I finally gave up for the day and the next morning, my refund was in my account. So I'm still not sure if it happened due to my phone calls or just automatically. But at least I have my refund.
