Intuit stealing money from customers, so sad

I have called in three times to try to report a software problem with Intuit’s Assisted Payroll through QuickBooks Desktop but they won’t listen and charged me a fee. Last week, my payroll date was June 21 and we have next-day direct deposit. In the payroll center (Employees > Pay Employees > Scheduled Payroll), it will tell you right at the top “Process Payroll By” and show you the date. Intuit adjusts this date based on weekends and holidays so that you know when to process by.

But unfortunately they had a glitch last week where they said to process by June 20th for June 21 payroll, EVEN THOUGH JUNE 20 WAS A BANK HOLIDAY (I didn’t know that at the time). I processed my payroll on June 20 and received a message AFTERWARD that I am being charged a $100 fee AND my payroll would not go through until 6/22. There is ALWAYS a warning beforehand about the fee if there will be one, but there wasn’t this time because the software had the process date as 6/20.

So Intuit took my $100, and my employees got paid one day late.

Intuit tried to tell me the fee was because I processed on a bank holiday but that is false. I have done that before, as long as the check date is not the next day it worked fine. Because I was not aware of the bank holiday and left my check dates as 6/21, the software charged me and my employees did not get paid on 6/21. So my $100 was stolen by Intuit with no warning and no apology.

Just wanted people to know the true story in case this happened to them.

Yes, this happened because Intuit failed to updated the bank holidays for this year to include June 19th/20th.

They only had an entire year to do so, but they still didn't do it. I mean, you know, a year goes by so very fast. How could they really be expected to keep up? Last time a Federal Holiday was added was 1983 and they're probably still reeling from that. Such a flurry of activity!

That is nothing, this criminals do not have hearth to taking money from people that just want a service.

I register my payroll account a few months ago then after 2 months never use that account because their system was confusing for me, I canceled in my account like is shown in help and until now they are keeping deducting money from my account.

customer service doesn’t care they won’t help you.
I will cancel it again I will take an screenshot, if they continue stealing my money  I will make a complaint in court just in case if anyone wants to joint me we can do it together for one person is too expensive but if we do collectively I think that we can at least stop them for doing that to other people.
