Is anyone else experiencing an issue with payroll not being processed? I have been unable to reach anyone to speak with and the chat service is not available

Our payroll was submitted on time but no deposits have been made. I already spoke with our bank and the funds are available and there are no issues on the bank's end

We are having the same issue!  Both companies payrolls were processed on time and no direct deposits have been made.  We are also unable to communicate with anyone at Intuit as all channels are closed for communication???

We were alerted to a third-party issue with direct deposit processing this morning that has delayed the deposit of employees' paychecks into their accounts. The issue has been resolved and your employees should expect to see the funds available in their bank account by end of the day today.

 

We know how critical each paycheck is to your team. This is, even more, the case in our current environment. Thank you for your patience as we focus to ensure your employees’ funds are available as soon as possible.
