Is anyone else having an issue with payroll processing today? The status says "Scheduled" instead of "Processed" and employees have not yet received payment.

Is anyone else having an issue with payroll processing today? The status says "Scheduled" instead of "Processed" and employees have not yet received payment.

My employees have not received their direct deposit today either. I am glad I am not alone in this matter.

I understand how crucial it is for you to pay your employee's wages. I've come to provide my insights about the situation.

 

We are aware of the issue and working to get it resolve promptly. The majority of those who process payroll before 5 p.m. on Wednesday are affected.


If the customer is qualified for same-day payment, the employee should receive the payment before 5 p.m. today. Otherwise they’ll have to wait until the next working day.

 

Check out the deposit expectation below:

 

1. Same day will receive by Friday at 5pm.

2. Next Day will be paid by Monday.

3. Anyone who processed payroll on Thursday will have deposits on Monday.
