yes, my employees did not get paid this morning
Payroll did not get deducted from my bank so not sent to my employees. All checks were created and employees received the ackoweldgments when I ran payroll on Sunday evening
Very frustrating to not be able to reach anyone

I agree I’ve been waiting on chat since 8:44 am with no human reply. We pay too much money for this to not be treated and respected as a customer. I have angry employees waiting for their money.
That is a waste of time. That link will ask if you processed payroll
on time and if you have sufficient funds in your account. All these people, including myself did their part. QuickBooks clearly has a widespread issue today and NO ONE got their paychecks on this holiday weekend, which is going to be a nightmare dealing with employees. Their needs to be an actual response since QB obviously knows there’s a major issue.
is there any possibility to send out a wide spread message stating what the estimated time is. We need to know if we need to shift and start writing checks to our employees! No business owner has time to wait for the phone lines to open or worse yet, wait in front of a screen while the chat bot send on a wild goose chase!
Please consider a blast to all payroll companies to tell them more regarding this wide spread issue.

Yes my payroll did not go through, and my bank has not seen it go through on their end. Unfortunately, there is no human to talk with at Intuit, so hopefully they figure this out asap!

If we cancel DD and write checks will payroll still be processed?
I did get a live person in chat! She stated that it looks like DD is starting to move. I finally got the email alert that the payroll direct deposit was successfully processed ( I didn't even realize that email hadn't come through until it did). The very nice customer service rep can only do so much. She also said she just got a notice that our company DD will be processing this afternoon. Technology blips hurt everyone- remember everyone that reaches out is human.

Did anyone get a response? It looks like all deposits are being delayed. I just got a automated response that said the fence should be released later this afternoon, but I'm waiting on a call back.
This is a disaster going into a holiday weekend. You cant make changes do do we pay our employees by check and then they get paid twice when it finally goes through???? That's a bookkeeping nightmare even if businesses can afford it.
They have contacted our banks to give us a 1-800 number that has over an hour wait time! Recording says it's been resolved. Meanwhile how is our bank supposed to process and send out money to all employees in time for weekend? I dont see that happening. There needs to be some kind of compensation for this annoyance and embarrassing delay for our companies and our employees.
