Is anyone else having issues with Employee Deductions and Contributions?

I'd like to let you know that we currently have an ongoing investigation about the error. Our engineers are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible. 

The workaround available at the moment is to contact our Payroll Support Team. They can pull up your account and help you with the changes. They will also add your company information to the affected user list, so you'll be notified once the issue is resolved.

Here's how you can reach out to us:

1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
4. Choose either Start a chat or Call us.

If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
2. Type Talk to a human and click the Contact a human button.
3. Select Live Chat / Call me back.

Once the issue is fixed, you can try editing the employee's deduction. I've got you this article for the steps: Add or edit a deduction or contribution.

I was able to get all but one employee's deductions updated.  I'm assuming this issue is still not resolved since I can't get the last employee's deductions to update??  It took me like 15 tries to get the other's updated, but it evidentially worked.

As mentioned by @RenjolynC, this is still an ongoing issue. Our engineers are working to get this fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I recommend contacting our support team so they can include you on the list of the affected users. To reach them, you can follow the steps provided above.

Seriously..I need to update employee annual deductions for payroll and have been having this issue since last week.  

I have already been added to the list of those affected.  We need a resolution or work-around ASAP in order to process employees payroll.

It amazes me that this has been an issue for 2 weeks now.  Come on Quickbooks! I shouldn't STILL be dealing this!
