Buy nowWhere can I find a copy of my MO-941 form in QB? I used to be able to access them under the Taxes Tab under filings in archived files but have not been able to see them since Feb. 2025. No one in support seem to be able to help me with this.
Hi there, Karen.
The Missouri Department of Revenue has a process where the electronic payment of your withholding taxes serves as the official filing of the MO-941 form. Because QuickBooks Online Payroll sends these payments and filings to the state agency electronically, a separate, physical copy of the form isn't generated or required for submission.
This is a standard and secure process designed to make tax filing more efficient for you. Since the form isn't a separate document that needs to be filed, it won't appear in the Archived filings section, which is typically for forms that are generated and saved for your records, like W-2s or state unemployment forms. The electronic confirmation of your payment with the state is your official record of the filing.
To gain full peace of mind, you can always log in to your MyTax Missouri account. The Missouri Department of Revenue's portal will have a complete history of all your tax payments and filings on record with the state.
I hope this helps clarify things! Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any more questions.
We have been using Quickbooks since 2020 and I have always been able to access a copy of all my tax forms that QB files for us. I was able to access a copy of my MO-941 forms for January and February 2025 but then I was told their was a glitch in the system that caused any further MO-941 forms to not appear in the archived files. I want to be able to see and print a copy of the form that QB files for our company again. I have talked to so many people in support and no one can seem to fix this for me. This all started when QB started drawing out the funds to pay he taxes each pay period.instead of when they paid it monthly.
