I'm a real estate agent managing active listings/buying homes, and own rental property and I want to manage both businesses under different entities. Is it possible with Self-Employed to separate personal + these two businesses all together?

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, you can only track one business per subscription. You might want to purchase another subscription for the other one.

If you are the only user, consider using QB Desktop Pro edition for 1 user. You may install the trial license of it . Otherwise, you have to open a new QBSE or QBO account.
