Join nowIs it possible to merge company files on QB Desktop for Mac 2019?
Hi Bookworkla,
Thanks for choosing QuickBooks.
At this time, merging company files in QuickBooks Desktop isn't possible. However, if you're trying to combine reports from two company data files, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise has a built-in feature that allows you to merge reports from multiple company files.
But if you're using other QuickBooks Desktop versions, you can use third-party software or manually export reports using Microsoft Excel. Please check this article for more information and detailed steps: Combine Reports From Multiple Company Files.
For your future reference, here's an article where you can copy multiple transactions from one company to another: Copy Multiple Transactions From One Company File To Another.
Post a reply on this thread if you need further help. I'd be glad to assist you.
There is no migration tool supports QuickBooks Desktop for Mac. You have to convert your data to Windows version, migrate the data from a data file to the other one, then converting back to Mac version. Another option, purchasing a 3rd party file merging service.
Just my 2 cents.
