Is there a way to complete delete a Boundle?

If I may ask, are you referring to the bundle items from the Products and Services window? If yes, definitely, you'll be able to delete it from the system.

Here's how: 

1. Sign in to your account as an admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon, then Products and services.
3. Look for the bundle item from the list.
4. Select Make inactive from the Action dropdown menu.
5. Hit Yes to confirm.
