I have done all those steps and it shows my employees direct deposit info. But when I get into the actual payroll where I hit the button to process it, just on that screen it says paper check. All the other screens say direct deposit. So I want to make sure it’s actually going to direct deposit the money

If the system says that your employee will be paid via paper check in the run payroll window. Then they will be paid via paper check. Since you want them to get paid via direct deposit, we’ll need to void the paper check and refer to Step 2: Create your paychecks and send your payroll section to re-create it: Create and run your payroll.
Before that, let’s make sure that you have set up your company payroll for direct deposit to start paying your employees directly to their checking, savings, or money market accounts.
After that, we can go over to your employees to set them up to get them paid in this option. Since you’re done setting up your company, let’s proceed to get the direct deposit authorization form by following the steps below:
