Before we start, may I know if this is your first time running a payroll? If so, please make sure that you set up your employees correctly.
You can also share with me any error messages you've encountered while attempting to run your payroll. This way, I can give you the exact resolution.
If you're able to setup your payroll correctly, we can do troubleshooting to check if this is caused by a browser-related issue. Let's open your QuickBooks account in an incognito or private browser. You can use the keyboard shortcut below:
If it's responsive, I recommend that you clear your browser's cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

Were you previously able to run payroll, or is this the first time?
I migrated our co. file on Wednesday from QBD 2021 to QBO and have been unable to set up and use payroll since. QBO is aware of the issue and does not know when it will be rectified. I was told this is a "known issue".
