My 2018 W2s are being held hostage. How can I access them if I cancelled Payroll and closed the business?

Rest assured, I'll help you access your Form W-2 for 2018 again in no time.

 

A quick and easy way to do this is to reactivate the payroll subscription momentarily, just until you get your W-2s. The steps below will guide you through each process:

 

To reactivate the payroll subscription part 1

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscriptions tab, then select Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info.
  4. Click Subscribe.

To reactivate the payroll subscription part 2

  1. Log out of your account, then log in again.

  2. Click the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.

  3. Go to the Billing & Subscriptions tab, then check the Next charge date.

After reactivating it, you can now view and print your W-2 forms. Once you've secured your W-2s, I highly recommend you contact our Online Payroll Team so they can cancel the subscription again. I'd love to do it for you. However, the resources necessary to accomplish this in a secure environment is under them.
