My contractors 1099 in QB is printing with my address from last year? The new address had been changed in QB months ago. What should I do?

I got you on this, @laura14.

 

You can go back to preparing the 1099 form. In step 1, you'll have the option to edit your company info.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Expenses.
  2. Select Vendors.
  3. Tap Prepare 1099.
  4. Under Review your company info, click the Pencil icon and edit your address.
  5. Click Next until you're done towards the last step.

I have the same issue.  The correct company address is shown in preparing the 1099, but in the end the old address is showing up.  I think there is a BUG in QB.
