Thanks for letting us know your mileage tracking concerns today. We can perform some troubleshooting and ensure that the auto-tracking feature is on.
Refer to the steps below based on your mobile device:
For Android
- Go to the Menu ☰ icon.
- Click Mileage, then choose Auto-track your miles.
- Then give QuickBooks permission to track your location.
For iOS
- Click the Menu ☰ icon, then choose All.
- Select Mileage, then click Auto-track your miles.
- Follow Allow location access onscreen instructions.
After that, configure your device's location settings by following Step 2 outlined in this article:
For your past six (6) months' worth of mileage, you'll need to manually record them in the system.
