Hello there, @shantelanderson7.

Let me help share some information about reconciling historical data for your payroll tax.

If you've already paid this liability outside QuickBooks, you'll need to enter a prior payment for your OH SUI Tax in QuickBooks. Let me route you to this helpful article for the detailed steps when entering historical payments: Enter historical tax payments in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.

As always, you can contact our Desktop Payroll support if you need assistance in going through the steps. They can access your account in a secure environment and help you further using their tools.

To enter tax payments properly, I'd suggest consulting your accountant so they can verify the payroll requirements of this task.

Please feel free to let me know if you should have any questions about this or anything else. Best regards.
