NEED HELP

I have been contacting QBO Support since the beginning of November for several payroll/direct deposit & billing issues.

I have been on the phone with different support agents for hours on end with NOTHING being resolved. I keep getting told someone will call me back or there will be a ticket issued for my concerns etc etc and NOTHING is being resolved. I haven't been able to pay my contractors for 3 weeks now. On top of this I'm being charged TWICE on one of the 5 accounts I have.

If I don't hear back from someone of a senior level that will properly look into and provide a SOLUTION to the concerns below I will be moving my business to a different provider aka xero.

1. Unable to change bank account.  When trying to make a direct deposit payment to a contractor it states I need to go to payroll settings-bank account to update bank info. THERE IS NO BANK ACCOUNT TAB OR AREA TO CHANGE IT.

2. Billing issue--Being charged for EIGHT employees when I only have FOUR.

3. My TX State taxes not being filed on time when i have the service and pay for the service for them to be filed.

4. Being charged/billed for out of state employees when all employees are in the same state

5. Random gltich on the company pages when trying to access information

6. Being told i do not have access to view company details when it is my company.

Please let me know if you find help.  QB does not seem to have anyone left that understand the product.  VERY POOR support.
