New tax system problems

Let me impart a few details on this, @allchemaxllc.

I understand that you would like to switch back to the old tax system. However, at this time, the option to switch back to the old Sales Tax center is currently unavailable due to software updates. QBO is always evolving to enhance user experience and keep up with tax regulations.

Moreover, you can refer to these references and video articles to guide you in managing your taxes and learn more about the new sales tax setup:

Please let me know if you have follow-up questions about sales tax or anything else QuickBooks. I'll be more than willing to answer them. Take care always.

New tax system problems

The article you sent is for the old tax center which is what I'd rather be in.  I have the new update BS tax center. I can't switch individual tax agencies to quarterly vs monthly. It's all one way or the other and it is messing my situation up. So, I have all agencies set to quarterly. But one agency needs to be handled monthly and all I can do is go to a quarterly report and get the obligated amount for that agency and mail their return and payment. I have to wait until the quarter is up before the record payment button appears and then it only gives an option to make a payment for the nonexistent Arizona Navajo tax agency. The options provided are Arizona Navajo tax agency or New Mexico Navajo tax agency. Also, a nonexistent agency. Navajo Nation is unto itself and is not a part of AZ, NM, or UT taxes. There are three individual tax agencies within the Navajo Nation. So, the new QB's tax center is mistakenly lumping all Navajo tax into 3 state options which again do not exist.
