I can certainly give you some additional information on filing your 1099's. Yes, you can add the missed 1099 to answer your question. This may be done through:
1. Choose Workers from the menu on the left.
2. Select Contractors.
3. Click Prepare 1099s.

Thanks Joshua - however I've already done this I know how to file 1099s. Although it looks like I figured out my problem!
Before, when I went through this process again, and get to step 5 (File) and click on E-file for me I get to the same page I had the first time. It looks like I had all my 1099s submitted and no un-submitted. It took about 24 hrs for this to populate with the correct info so it looked like I was just going to re-pay and re-file all the other contractors instead of just the new ones. thanks! all good now -
