Join nowI have spent hours on support - chat and phone, trying to have the preference of requiring the customer/job to be completed in order to upload TSheets. Because my TSheets is a bundled package w/Payroll and this option was set up at the initial integration, I don't have the ability to uncheck it. TSheets stated since it was an integration they can't uncheck. No one in QB many department can't help me. I've been bounced from department to department, utterly frustrated. They keep trying to make it a TSheets issue, which it isn't since they did not set up the integration.
Hey there, @KKing1121.
I'd love to help with this! QB Support is correct in that this will be handled by TSheets Support. But I can take care of it or you as well!
If you can provide your TSheets URL, I'm happy to remove this integration preference.
A few questions:
I look forward to hearing from you!

I don't have a problem with my employee seeing the customers. I just don't want it to require her to assign time to a customer in order to submit her time sheet. After I submitted this question a TSheet customer service agent did something in the background as an alternate to unchecking the box. His workaround was to unassign customers.

Thanks for this update, @Cafe Biz 618.
I'm a bit confused on how you'd like to proceed. Can you explain what it is you're hoping to accomplish from here so I can best decipher the next steps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
I am having the same issue, is there a way to resolve this?
It's nice to see you here, lmorrissey5623.
I'm here to make sure you'll be able to uncheck the Customer & Job when integrating TSheets with QuickBooks Online.
To start, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. At times, the accumulated browser cache and cookies become corrupted causing unusual behaviors in the program. You can start by accessing your QuickBooks account through a private/incognito browser.
Here are the shortcut keyboards:
If it works, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
I've added these articles to learn more about integrating TSheets and QuickBooks:
Always feel free to swing by here if you have other questions about using TSheets and Quickbooks to manage your payroll. I'm just a few clicks always.
