PAY EMPLOYEES MANUALLY OPTION FOR NON USD CURRENCY

Let’s figure out how we can fix your concern about paying employees in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @mburhansafi.

To start, let’s double-check if there’s an issue within your file. I understand that you have already performed the steps outlined by my colleague above. However, I have another fix available to sort this out.

Given that you have tried to pay employees using a dummy company file that works on your end. Then, please consider the fixes I’ll outline below:

There are instances that the window has already appeared to get you started in paying employees. It’s just that this may not be visible on your screen due to some settings alterations or it has been moved to the side of it.

Moreover, we can verify first if the option works properly by checking all the open windows of your software. Here’s how:

  1. From the Left pane, click the Open Windows.
  2. Under the Open Windows section, see all available tabs you have accessed.
  3. Tap the one that you need and proceed to your tasks.

After that, we can suppress your QuickBooks application to revert all settings to its default form:

  1. Press and hold the Ctrl key, then double-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon. Important: Don't release the Ctrl key until you see the No Company Open window, QuickBooks freezes or gives you an error.
  2. Select a company file, then choose Open.

Feel free to post back if you need any further assistance with managing your company file. The Community is always available to help you at any time. Take care!
