Paycheck numbers did not transfer to check

Thanks for your help.  I followed the instructions and yet none of my paychecks for the last 2 years to present are appearing in my checking account register.  How do I locate them and make them appear in the register?

Paycheck numbers did not transfer to check

I appreciate your patience in following the steps recommended by my colleague, @3650.

Upon following the steps above, did you just happen to choose your checking account? If you did, the paychecks will not immediately transfer over, you'll need to manually move it one by one. On the other hand, if the account was already a checking account, I recommend contacting our support team for them to look further for the root cause of this issue. They possess the tools necessary to investigate your account and provide a solution.

To reach a live representative, here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Company.
  2. Click on the Help button at the top of the page.
  3. Choose the Search tab, then click Contact us.
  4. Type in your concern, and click Continue.
  5. Under Callback, click Have us call you button. This will route you to enter your details.
  6. After that, select Get a call.
  7. You will now be added to the queue and wait for us to call you.

Moreover, you can also filter the bank register by clicking the symbol above the DATE.

Additionally, you can also run a report to get a snapshot of your business finances.

Return to this thread if you have other queries with your paychecks. We'll be here to lend a hand.
