Our company uses intuit for payroll. starting in November all direct deposit paystubs emailed to Apple email accounts in the company are not being received from the employees.
Its not going to junk or spam. They are being sent. Anyone know why this is happening. The lady at intuit doesn't seem to know how to fix this or care. They just want a different, non apple email to send it to. This seems a little ridiculous.
I would really appreciate some insight if possible.
Hi there, @dharris420.
Thanks for letting us know. Allow me to address your concern, so let me get this straightened out.
We have an ongoing issue where the direct deposit paystubs emailed are not able to received by the employees. Our engineers are currently investigating and working on an immediate fix. I also recommend calling our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team so they can add you to our notification list of affected users to receive live email updates about this issue.

Thank you. From rumors i hear its apples end. I have a service subscription with a large company that had issues two years ago with apple email. It got resolved and a lady from that company told me a little about it and said when the guy involved with dealing with the problem should be back from vacation soon. She should be able to get us a little more insight.

Allow me to provide a little more information about direct deposit email notification.
I would like to inform you that this is already been escalated to our engineering team. Although I don't have a specific time frame as to when and how this will be mediated upon, rest assured are looking into it. I'll keep you updated every now and then until we've completely resolved the issue.
I’d encourage you to contact our phone agents and have them attach your case to INV-18321, so they can add your account information to the notification list. That way, our engineers can send you updates via email when they are available.

Him I’m an employee for summit chiropractic and Sports institute and the last time I can see my paycheck was in March.
It says for number 7 to enter your SSN or last amount pay check amount and there’s no option to do that. Very frustrating.
Thanks,
Taylor Johnson
Let me help you sort this out, @Tayjohnson13.
When accessing your paystubs via QuickBooks Workforce for the first time, do it by clicking the link from the invitation you’ve received. By doing so, you’ll be able to enter your SSN or the amount of the last paycheck you’ve received.
To access the invitation, here's how:

If the issue persists, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this concern for a possible browser-related issue:

They'll add you to the list of the affected users and receive updates via email. Please provide the investigation number 23651 as the reference of your call.

This is still not working...I tried sending to an outlook email and a gmail account and neither work......since chatting was the only way to contact intuit payroll I tried that and the chat agent was an idiot who spent 48 minutes ignoring everything I said....When is INTUIT going to start paying us to put up with the worst support in the industry?
I know this hasn't been easy for you, pixidoc.
I can see that this is a duplicate post and my colleague already provided an answer. You can refer to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/employees-and-payroll/re-workforce/01/731634#M5290....
