They have the proper tools to look into your account and investigate why you’re unable to run your payroll with a location. They can also provide you with the best resolution to get around the issue.
Here’s how to reach out to them in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:
- Go to the (?) Help icon.
- Select the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Continue.
- Choose either Chat with us (if you preferred messaging) or Give us a call.
