Here we go again...

Two missed payrolls in less than a year. I can tolerate a lot of things. My employees being put under undo stress because they didn't get paid ain't one of them. Moving my business to a local payroll provider as soon as I can.

Glad to have you here in the QuickBooks Community @ed63. I'll take care of your concern about a delay in your payroll.

We know how important it is for your employees to receive their pay on time. The affected users are those who have not done their payroll before 5 pm last Wednesday. To those eligible for the same-day payment, their employee can expect to receive the pay around 5 pm today. Otherwise, they will have to wait until the next business day.

You may also follow these steps to monitor the status of the investigation and subscribe to receive email updates:

1.   Go to the QuickBooks Status page.

I’ll be providing this article if you want to know more about how federal holidays can affect your direct deposit.

Thank you for taking the time to post here in the QuickBooks Community. If you have other questions, let us know. It’ll be our pleasure to assist you. Have a nice day!
