After I send/receive data to transmit payroll to Intuit, the payroll confirmation report used to be able to be viewed and printed from the items received box. We upgraded to Quickbooks 24 and are using enhanced payroll. Prior to the upgrade, I would click view and print and be able to print the report. Now, when I click view, I can see the report, but when I print it, it is blank. It only has the heading. I tried to print to PDF, but it is still blank.
Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
