payroll export - missing transactions

Exporting all your data in a single file would be helpful as it saves time and speeds up your work.

For now, there's a limit to the number of payroll records you can export. I recommend checking in our third-party apps to see if you can find one that suits the exact functionality you need. Here's the link to where you can find an application: Intuit App Store.

As for the error you received, we currently have an ongoing issue with it. That said, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support team so they can add you as one of the affected users.

Thanks so much for your reply.  Are you saying that once I've exported the data, I can not ever export that same data again if I have more than 20 paycheck transactions since I can't ever get to see the transactions over and above the first 20 again?

I have doubled check our updated article, and I'm here to share an update.

You should be able to re-export the payroll data. Also, upon checking, the reason why some of the paychecks are missing is because we have a known issue. With that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support team so they can add you as one of the affected users.
