Buy nowPayroll and W2 - anyone had any good results contacting the "Payroll" side of the house for problem resolution? I discovered a problem (conversion related) on December 1 2024 - problem not resolved yet and the run-arounds have gotten me dizzy.
No success with the payroll department. I was provided the incorrect information on how to update the automate the payroll tax form to meet the January 1st deadline on QB online. I had a rep shadow me on 12/26/24 and she assured me it was correct. On January 2nd it was turned off. Since then, I have had problems. I have contacted them and spent many many hours with them and even tried talking to a supervisor who actually hung up on me after I was on the phone for 2 and half hours with the rep who told me she understood my problem. So good luck....I still have an issue.....

I appreciate the email - with the promise that someone will contact me to explore possible solutions. There is only one real solution. The Desktop payroll data (excell spreadsheet) that I provided in December has the correct numbers for each SSN - actual payroll data from the desktop. This data was used to do an extensive journal entry on the Accounting side back in April of 2024.
The taxes have been paid - I paid the quarterly taxes in April and QB has done the last three quarters.
I will admit that I didn't check that the Accounting data matched the payroll data and only noticed the paystub missing March data on November 30 when the folks with consistent paychecks had only ten months presented.
