I have a situation. Started LLC early this year and paid some money to myself, but didn't do any tax deductions or submitting taxes to IRS etc., because I don't have payroll system ready at that time and haven't classified as S-corp at that time.
Recently filed S-corp classification form and ran my first payroll with Quick books online payroll. I would like to add the previous payment to history and make any tax payments due. But it seems Quick books doesn't allow history addition if no "tax payment was made". Can you please advise how can I address this?

I have got the information you'll need to get that prior tax payment recorded.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll will only allow us to make changes to your payment history if you haven’t created any paychecks.
Since you've already run your first payroll, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Payroll Team to update your pay history. Here's how:

Reached out to Payroll team and they created a ticket for Payroll correction, but unfortunately the payroll correction member is from offshore and having hard time to communicate (no offense, she is trying her best). Hope she can figure out a way to address this. Is there anyway to escalate or talk to someone based in US?
