Did you encounter any error messages when processing payroll? Adding additional details will help us provide accurate steps to resolve this. A screenshot would be a great help too.

Payroll not running

I am having same issue, payroll system is not calculating payroll taxes except on desktop luckily I caught before I sent to bank

Hello there,

 

These could be some of the reasons for your payroll taxes issues:

 

  • The employee, tax, or payroll item is set up in QuickBooks.
  • The maximum wage threshold has been met.

 

For now, it is best to contact our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. They also have additional tools to pull up your account and do a screen share to confirm the issue. 

 

To speak with one of our experts from QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. Please follow the steps below to contact support:

 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Select Help (?).

2. Choose either tab: Assistant or Talk to a Human.

3. Search or click Contact Us.

4. Start a chat with a support expert.

 

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
