Payroll Reports DONT WORK !!!!!!!!!!

For weeks my quickbook payroll tax reports are getting an error message and I've call 12 times and no call back , no support, no anything. "Please try again later It's not you, it's us. We're working on the issue." is all I see when I try and view a 941.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team again for updates and further assistance. They'll add you as one of the affected users so that they can notify you once fixed.

 

Moreover, you can change your payroll form filing and tax deposit frequency in QuickBooks Online Payroll. Doing so ensures you file the correct form and pay taxes on time.

at least you actually replied. The support is offshore and they have no clue what I'm talking about.

I've contacted support over and over and everyone says they are really sorry but have no idea what to do.

 

WHAT PAYROLL COMPANY LEAVES A BUG IN THE 941 AND 940 REPORT GENERATION. I HAVE LITERALLY NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. I WILL TELL YOU WHY, NOT ENOUGH USERS HAVE THIS ISSUE AND SO THEY DONT CARE. I'M VERY FRUSTRATED.
