Let me share some details on how to run past or manual payroll in QuickBooks Online (QBO), reddenandsons.

 

If you are trying to add payroll history in QBO, we can manually enter your employee’s year-to-date paycheck info, and company totals. You can follow the steps and details in this article to get into the setup in QBO: Add pay history to QuickBooks Online Payroll. If you are referring to manually entering payroll, we'll need to create journal entries for paychecks you create outside of QuickBooks.
