At this time, we have an ongoing issue regarding the error message you encounter when adding employee pay history in QuickBooks. Rest assured, our product engineers are diligently working on a fix.
To ensure you'll get a resolution status of the issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users.
Here's how
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Click the Help button.
- In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
- Then, hit Contact Us.
