Payroll support

Anyone have any luck with getting issues resolved on the payroll side?  The Priority Circle support is NOT a benefit and I can not get in touch with anyone that cares to help resolve my outstanding issues. I have notices from the IRS with penalties and fees from incorrect filing by QB and now I have a duplicate tax payment which I am told it’s not their fault and I have to contact the IRS to resolve. Funny how I contacted QB about turning off my automatic payments last week because they pay on the 8th for taxes due on the 15th and I received confirmation that the payment was successfully canceled AND my automatic payment was turned off. Sounds more like an issue on QB actions rather than the IRS.  HELP Please
