Payroll _ ViewMyPaycheck

We direct deposit out payroll manually.  Our paystubs have a net smount of zero because of this.  I want to use ViewMyPaycheck for employees so I no longer need to print paystubs, step one to view is enter your SSN and Net amount of check.  I tried zero (0.00) and it won't accept it.  I tried the amount of the deposit, it won't accept it.  Does anyone know of a work around for this?  I have a paytoll item of Bank Direct Deposit, which is a deduction of 100%.  This allows for one lump sum for the bank deposit, the employee paystub shows it as the amount direct despoited into their account.

Payroll _ ViewMyPaycheck

Hello there, Kimberlie Cline.

It's nice to see your post here in the Community. Let me help you in using the ViewMyPaycheck feature for your employees.

Your employees need to enter the net pay of the latest paycheck amount deposited to their account and the Social Security Number as well.

Here's an article to learn about how to sign up as an employee for ViewMyPaycheck in QuickBooks Desktop.

If you require assistance in doing this, you can get in touch with our Care Support Team. Here's how you can get in touch with them:

  1. Go to this link https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/?infosrc=qs&service=16.
  2. Choose Basic Standard & Enhanced.
  3. Click Payroll.
  4. Click View Contact Info.

That should do it. If you need anything else, please feel free to come back and leave a comment below.
