Let me show you how to run an employee list report with their hourly rate.
In QuickBooks Desktop, you can generate an Employee Contact List report and customize it to display their hourly rate. Here's how:
- Head to the Reports menu, then select Employee & Payroll.
- Choose Employee Contact List report and click on Customize Report.
- Select Earnings (#)/Rate from the Display tab, depending on the earning order on the Payroll Info from the employee's profile.
- Once done, click on OK to save changes.
