I want to make sure you're able to correct your employee's payroll information.
Once you already approved the employee's paycheck and processed your tax payments, you can no longer modify and correct that transaction in your Intuit Online Payroll account. The best thing to do is to get in touch directly with our Payroll Care Support.
There they can help you fix the discrepancy on the employee's pay and can adjust the taxes for you. Here's how you can reach them: Contact Intuit Online Payroll
