[PII removed] entered an incorrect transaction and filed my 941 incorrectly. no one can fix it. multiple calls and hours of wasted time.

@kscottburnsmd  I can't imagine it would be all that difficult to correct.

I moved from Desktop to ONline in February b/c they said it was better and it has been a disaster.

Intuit made up a fictional payment to the IRS and then locked it so that I could not modify or delete it.  Checkbook now out of balance and 941 incorrect.  Spent hours talking to multiple people.  Subscribed to experts and they cannot help.  Not happy with a product that allows Intuit to enter an incorrect transaction into my data file and I cannot get anyone at Intuit to fix it.
