Poor Customer Service in Chargeback Department. Why won't they respond

Chargeback Team,

 

I am less than satisfied with the customer service from your team. You give me a date of May 31st for a responds date from American Express. That date comes and goes. I have tried contacting you guys by email several times since the date that you have given me, but all I get from you is dead silence. That is lousy customer service. I will be forwarding my emails with you to others higher up the chain of command at Intuit in hopes that your department can be better trained.

On another note……what is going on with this chargeback??????
