Currently, the option to prevent employees from clocking in and out on an unscheduled day is unavailable in QuickBooks Time. To request the addition of this feature, I'd recommend submitting product feedback to our developers. Rest assured that they are bound to make the program suit what customers needs. Let me guide you how:
- Head to help.tsheets.com.
- Select Suggest an idea.
- Next, enter your suggestion like "Prevent clocking in/out on an unscheduled day".
- Then, click Post a new idea or Vote for an existing idea.
- Describe the idea, and select Post idea.
Also, limiting the devices or locations from which your employee can clock in and out to your QuickBooks Time account is easy. Just to be reminded, only account administrators and team members granted the Manage Authorizations permission can perform these processes.
