I'm trying to print my 1099's to send to contractors, but quickbooks desktop is printing out two contractors per sheet. The form says not to cut or separate forms on this page, but I obviously can't send this to my individual contractors. What do I do?

Those instructions apply to the red drop-out ink forms that you file with the IRS. Those pages should be filed without cutting the pages.
Hello there, clerk2321,
What kind of paper are you using? If it's a QuickBooks compatible paper, you can cut the form. You can check the Intuit Market to see the available 1099 Forms.
You can learn more about printing 1099 Forms on this article: How do I print my 1099 forms?.
I'll wait for your response. I'll be around if you need more assistance.

Thank you! That just clicked when I was reading your response. Since the red forms are filed with IRS it does not matter if there is more than one contractor listed.
Can someone advise. I cannot print 1099's nor preview. I can print the 1096. Any ideas? I have rebooted printer and computer. I have done a backup. Why be able to print the 1096 and not the 1099's? Thanks for any help.
I finally figured it out. Thanks.
